Cornell Trace - Independent Living

Cornell Trace, designed for independent living, is a 58-unit patio home community and is maintenance free inside and outside. The spacious homes are 1400 sq. ft., 1800 sq. ft. and 2000 sq. ft. and all have an glass enclosed sun porch. Small units have a 1 1/2 car garage and the larger units have a two car garage. All residents have access to a beautiful clubhouse for a variety of activities.

Cornell Trace operates under IRS regulations which allow us to contract with residents who are 62 and older. When you leave, we buy back the unit at a minimum of 82% of the original Entrance Fee.

A monthly service fee provides for total interior and exterior maintenance to assure our residents care free living!
